The large U-Shape crossbody sling has a tuck-in security flap and is easily concealed under a coat. It has a Slice-Proof shoulder strap with a pair of 1/16" steel cables that is adjustable to 48" for shoulder bag or crossbody sling.There are 6 handy pockets including 2 zippers outside (one is accessible under the flap when the flap is tucked in and the second is on the back) and a super-sized super secure zipper inside the main compartment. This size will easily hold an iPad. There is a large drop-in pocket on the back that can hold any size smart phone with a small velcro flap pocket inside, and a small drop-in pocket in the main compartment with a security leash for keys or more valuables. Be Safe Bags are great for travel and everyday security. Non-RFID. Sewn with nylon thread for maximum durability. Machine washable microfiber. nice profile, great design

This was my “dress up for downtown” bag for several years. Like all BeSafe Bags, the interior was well designed. I finally needed much more carrying space (food for several hours) and so passed it along to a teen niece who still uses it. The flap was very useful in Chicago’s rains, to keep things dry inside.

Too stiff for easy access.

I expected the flap to be in the way but opening the pouch was hard. Maybe with time and use it would be easier.

Just What I Needed

I was looking for a basic bag that could fit a guidebook or a small tablet for my recent trip to Europe. This fit the bill. Plus it wasn't too bulky, nor did it scream 'expensive technology inside'. Nice amount of pockets, too. Really great.

strange pockets

I found the pockets on the outside of the bag to be oddly shaped and pretty useless. I returned this item.

I own two and would own more if it came in more colors in leather such as a saddle color

I bought a black leather and a taupe color to go to Italy two years ago. These have become my everyday purses. It is the perfect size and shape. I would buy more if it came in other leather colors such as a saddle color. The microfiber taupe bag washes beautifully. When these two wear out I will repurchase.

Needs top zipper

This bag would be better if it had a zipper at the top, under the flap, to prevent things falling out. Otherwise, it's great. I added a zipper and the opening is still big enough for an iPad to fit in.

Adequate

I bought this bag because I liked the security features and the fact that I could fit my IPAD in it. It accomplished those things. However, the fit on the bag was extremely tight. It was difficult to use the outside pocket with the smart phone insert because the material/sizing didn't allow for anything else to be easily accessed in there. the flap strap on the other side made it difficult to access that pocket. The inside was roomy but the entire bag was stiff and difficult to load. It had ample strap length and it was a comfortable size so as long as I didn't have to get anything out of it I was fine. Possibly a little softer material would help although I realize it might compromise the security. I have another bag from Pacsafe and I didn't run in to these issues with it yet it has similar security features. I'll use this one again but will bring a bag to switch to when I'm not as concerned about safety.

Good purse but not perfect

I like the purse and bought it specifically for my iPad. However, I think it is less secure than it could be. There is no zipper in the top compartment; it is only covered by the top flap which tucks under a strap. Save time and nuisance by not tucking the top in properly and your purse is more vulnerable to thieves. Needs a zipper.

Lots of compartments

This bag is relatively small and light. The iPad fits easily and snuggly inside. I used it on a two week trip to Ireland and it was easy to keep things organized.

Love the RFID lining that protects me from ID theft

Holds everything I need and keeps it all organized. Love the RFID lining that protects me from ID theft. The back pocket holds my Kindle and my cell phone with no problem. The strap and the purse are a bit stiff, but still very usable. I would recommend this purse to any woman especially if they travel a lot and/or shop frequently.
