#85024 Medium Convertible Sling Fanny Pack Anti-Theft RFID Purse

I bought probably 2 dozen convertible crossbody/waist pack bags looking for the "Perfect" one for a big trip I am going on. They were all returned due to strap being too short for crossbody, strap being too big for waist, bag not big enough to hold wallet and glasses, etc. Then I found DayMakers. Before I bought I emailed them asking questions about size/fit. A day later, Billy, the owner, emailed me asking me to call him. I did and left a message. He returned the call shortly thereafter and answered all my questions. Even told me if the strap wasn't long enough for my crossbody needs he would, for a small charge, custom make me strap to my requested length. I bought the bag but when I received it I wanted the crossbody a little longer. I emailed Billy and he called me back within a few hours. We discussed the length I wanted and within a few days I had a new strap made to my specifications. Could not ask for more personalized customer service. I found the bag I am comfortable using on my big trip next year! I would definitely recommend DayMakers to my friends.

I brought this bag when it first came out yrs ago another place sold it. EXCELLENT bag,space enough to hold cell and tablet inside and still have room, plenty of pockets, its been over 4 yrs now and bag still going strong and only thing is I need a shoulder strap and LUCKY i look in bag and put in the site NOW I can order more. This convertible bag is better designed than most. The belt comes with a single adjustable 52 strap with a steel cable. To wear the pack as a fanny pack, simply slide the strap trough the pocket on the back. To wear as a shoulder bag, slide the strap through a pocket on the bottom and then through the loops on the side. The loops are tight, but they work. The strap is a bit short for wearing the bag cross-body, but it's possible and not too uncomfortable. The 72; optional strap would be better, but then (as with many convertible bags), you have 2 straps to deal with and keep track of. I haven't decided whether to order the optional strap. With this design the bag does not pitch forward either as a waist pack or shoulder bag. The separate RFID pocket is barely big enough to hold a passportit takes some effort to zip with a passport. I think I'll keep my passport in the inside RFID pocket, which is larger. The zipper closures give extra protection from pickpockets. The bag is larger than most fanny packs.more the size of a small purse. The construction appears good. The Khaki color has a greenish tint to it--almost, but not quite, like a light sage. I researched a lot of bags and came up with this. I'm very pleased with it.

The smartphone pocket is not large enough for the iPhone 7+ without a reverse birth struggle! I am here today to buy a smartphone case. I'm thinking perhaps the phone would 'stretch' the outside pocket with wear, but the iPhone is ridiculously big....my first TV wasn't as big. I like that the buckle hides itself in the pocket.

I purchased this 3-way theft-proof security bag for our trip to Alaska last August and am still using it every day. It holds everything I need. Including reading glasses, sun glasses, rain hat (not needed often, but leave it in case), portable fan, breath mints, and more in the large compartment. In the front zip, besides the wallet, I usually have my keys & 4 lipsticks. Everything stays organized!

Bought this as a gift. My friend says it is very useful - flexible, comfortable.

I?ve been a loyal fan for over 10 years, and didn?t think it could be improved?but I was mistaken. This version has been made more versatile, convertible to a waist pack or shoulder bag. The strap has been made sturdier (wider), with a truly ingenious system of fasteners so that the buckle cannot be released by a thief (it?s hidden in a ?sleeve? at the base of the bag). In black, the bag is elegant and useful. Amazing!

I use this for non-dressy occasions at home on a daily basis and abroad. I can get an extra Depends inside the main compartment, and still have room for important papers, cash, credit cards, and my Smart Phone inside or in its special compartment.This bag has been purchased in nearly every color available, but I especially love the wine.I love that it can be attached around my waist leaving my hands free for my cane and other needs. And, found the safety features especially welcome when we were in China with so many purse snatchers and pick pockets, For me, it was No worries and content security free from snatchers and slashers, while I saw companions lose their possessions to unwanted visitors.I travel everywhere with this purse and recommend it highly.

Others have complained about the size of this purse. They may be those who carry large purses and carry everything in it. When I am traveling I only want the essentials. I liked the safety features and the fact that they were difficult to breach. At no time did I worry and that's a good feeling to have when you're traveling.

I reviewed this bag last summer, said I didn't like it because it was hot and heavy. I take it all back. I wore the bag on a recent trip to Italy, was surrounded by a gang of pickpockets on the metro in Rome, but they didn't get anything from me except a forceful push off the train because of the anti-theft features of this bag. They couldn't budge the zipper or find the belt latch, though they tried. I'm going to Greece in a few weeks and this bag will be with me. Safety features are worth the bit of extra weight.
