If you would like to return or exchange a purchase from DayMakers® that is unused and in new condition you may return it at any time for any reason at your cost. You do not need permission nor a copy of your receipt. You are on a first name basis at DayMakers® and I can look up your purchase if I have your first and last name. If the item is a gift I will need to be able to confirm the person who bought it. 

If the item is returned within 30 days of purchase a refund or store credit is available, whichever you prefer. If a return is made after 30 days I will issue a store credit for the purchase price. If the return is within 30 days please specify if you would like a refund or store credit. 

Any refund or store credit for purchases that included free shipping will incur a $6 chargeback if the order total becomes less than the minimum for free shipping. 

Also, automatic discounts in the cart will be affected if the returned item(s) result in less than what was needed to qualify for such discounts. Any such automatic discounts that no longer apply will be charged back against the credit.

There will be a $3 handling charge for each item if the hang tags are missing. 

DayMakers does not pay for return shipping, except when a wrong item is sent or an item is defective. 

I will be happy to provide a return label by email, or on a resealable return envelope sent to you, at my cost.
