If you would like to return a purchase from DayMakers that is unused and in new condition you may return it at any time for any reason. You do not need permission nor a copy of your receipt. You are a name at DayMakers and I can look up your purchase. DayMakers does not pay for return shipping. If you are an overseas customer having an order shipped to a US address and then forwarded overseas, keep in mind your shipping cost if you return your purchase will be exorbitant.
If the item is a gift I will need to be able to confirm the person who bought it. Then I can either give the purchaser a refund or give you store credit.
A refund or store credit of the full purchase price is only promised if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. Please specify if you would like a refund or store credit.
If a return is made after 30 days I will issue a store credit for the purchase price, or the current price if it is lower at the time of the return.
There will be a $3 deduction if hang tags are missing. If a refund is to be issued (rather than store credit) there will be a re-stocking charge of $7.99 if the purchase was originally sent with free shipping.
