If you would like to return or exchange a purchase from DayMakers that is unused and in new condition you may return it at any time for any reason. You do not need permission nor a copy of your receipt. You are a name at DayMakers and I can look up your purchase. If the item is a gift I will need to be able to confirm the person who bought it. Then I can either give the purchaser a refund or give you store credit, whichever you prefer.

A refund or store credit of the full purchase price is only promised if the item is returned within 60 days of purchase. If a return is made after 60 days I will issue a store credit for the purchase price, or the current price if it is lower at the time of the return. If the return is within 60 days please specify if you would like a refund or store credit.

Any refund or store credit for returned purchases that included automatic discounts for 3 or more items in the cart will be affected if the returned item(s) results in less than three items purchased. Any automatic discounts will be charged back against the credit for the returned item. 

 There will be a $3 handling charge if the hang tags are missing.

DayMakers® does not pay for return shipping. If you are an overseas customer having an order shipped to a US address and then forwarded overseas, keep in mind your shipping cost if you return your purchase will be exorbitant.
