a zipper security leash extends from the main compartment to secure the outside zippers.

there is a built-in wallet (non-RFID) on the front (6 card slots, 3 drop in pockets, a large zipper pocket and a pen slot).
the large outer open pocket includes a smart phone drop-in pocket inside that will easily hold up to a 3.75" wide phone.
an open pocket on each end (one has a velcro flap) for sanitizer, umbrella, sunglasses or .5L water bottle (water bottle will fit if the side of the bag has room to expand inward).
inside are a super-sized, pleated zipper pocket is as tall and wide as the bag and four handy pleated drop in pockets, 2 large and 2 small.

Nice Purse--Uncomfortable Strap

Based on the reviews here, I purchased this purse with high hopes of it being THE purse for me during our travels. No complaints about the pockets or security features, but the strap really cuts into my shoulder. I do not load up my bag, either, keeping only bare essentials inside along with the smallest Kindle. There is a rubber-type pad on the strap, but it is wide and doesn't serve the purpose for which it was designed, and I don't see a way to modify it. I fear I have purchased in vain! It's difficult to rate the product since it's obviously good quality; just isn't working well for me.

excellent bag, though I wish it were bigger

I bought this bag (wine color) in time for a trip to France. It is really excellent, with durability, many zippered compartments and security features, and in many ways is ideal. For me personally, it would have been better if it were 5' inches wide (deep, front to back) instead of 4' so as to better accommodate my substantial DSLR camera as well as maps, guidebooks, etc. I really do like it, however.

Travel in style and safety

Lots of compartments, rich brown color, slash-proof security lining...all within a compact design...this purse has room for almost everything except my water bottle which does not fit. Now all I have to do is remember what I've put in the numerous compartments.
