If you would like to return or exchange a purchase from DayMakers® that is unused and in new condition you may return it at any time for any reason at your cost. You do not need permission nor a copy of your receipt. You are on a first name basis at DayMakers® and I can look up your purchase if I have your first and last name. If the item is a gift I will need to be able to confirm the person who bought it. There will be a $3 handling charge for each item if the hang tags are missing.
DayMakers does not pay for return shipping, except when a wrong item is sent or an item is defective. I will be happy to provide a return label by email, or on a resealable return envelope sent to you, at your cost.
If the return is within 30 days of purchase a full refund or store credit is available, whichever you prefer. If a return is made after 30 days I will issue a store credit for the purchase price, or a refund for the current price, if the current price is lower, whichever you prefer. If the return is within 30 days please specify if you would like a refund or store credit.
I am selling out all my products and over time some prices may be going down. On the other hand, if I start selling to retailers some prices will be going up to retail.
